Paul Moakley

Paul Moakley is the executive producer of The New Yorker and formerly an editor at large at TIME. His work in visual journalism stems from a passion for photography and storytelling that takes shape in collaborative documentary projects. Honing his skills over 20 years at the world's leading news magazines, he's evolved as a producer, director and writer. Moakley has earned numerous awards, including an Emmy as a producer and reporter for the interactive documentary Beyond 9/11: Portraits of Resilience. Alongside Daniel Lombroso, her co-directed Denial (Mountainfilm 2024).
